Email: We will NOT sell, give, or rent your email address to anyone outside of needed information on purchases. The email will be limited to purchase information if given to a third party after you make a purchase. We may offer discounts or alert you of specials, but at no time will we overwhelm your inbox.

Videos/Photos/Content: The Fishing Herald does it best to make sure that we do not post any content without the consent from the owner of the content. Consent is considered given if:

You email photos/videos/content to fishingherald@gmail.com or other emails connected to our site.

You use social media outlets (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook,etc) to “tag” us or use our hashtag of        #fishingherald. Direct Messaging (DM) on social media sites connected to the Fishing Herald will also  be considered consent. Text messaging via cell phone or apps is viewed as consent as well.

We will always mention the owner of the content in our posts. Once the consent is considered given, we may use the content on our website (fishingherald.com) or any of the social media outlets connected to the Fishing Herald. If at anytime you want the content removed from our pages, you can reach out to us via email. If you feel your content is on pages in error, please let us know ASAP.
